Teaching & Performing at the ArteCentro Cultural Graciela Andrade de Paiz Aug 21-31, 2009

Gigi Jensen heads to Guatemala City to join Pampa Cortés in teaching & performances. They will be joined by George & Jairelbhi Furlong (Dallas), and Caren Flanagan (performing w/ Pampa) to present "Alma de Tango" on Aug 29 for the Guatemala City Rotary Club. Tango in Cali, Colombia

In Dec 2008, Gigi had the pleasure of dancing at Tango Vivo. This dance school & company has a beautiful studio in Cali, Colombia and draws an enthusiastic crowd of tango students & dancers. Edwin Chica y Lina Valencia are the directors. Edwin & Lina were Colombian National co-champions and 3rd place winners in the Salón category of the 2nd World Tango Championship in Argentina.

Gigi enjoyed a private lesson with Edwin - hard to come by due to his full schedule. Thank you, Edwin!
