NEW SCHEDULE FOR SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CLASS
The class taught at
Villa del Sol Restaurant is now on Monday nights. The new schedule
starts tonight. 7:30-8:30 pm, $10, close embrace tango taught by Pampa
Cortes. After class, stick around for a family-style dinner at a modest

A mid-week milonga?
Sure. We welcome Ville Hilula and Maho Nabeshima back to the Bay Area.
This bandoneonist & piano duo will play for our dancing pleasure a
mixture of traditional dancing tango & nuevo tango. Special
schedule applies: 7-8 pm All Levels Class w/ Pampa, 8-11 pm Milonga
Pampa will do the DJ honors. $15 for milonga includes the class.
GATO & ANDREA JOIN SHOW CAST
This popular
professional tango dance couple is now performing in our big show on
Sat, Oct 22nd. They join the line up of more than 20 artists offering a
special night of dance & music honoring the 50th anniversary Pampa
Cortes' professional career.
Show: 8-10 pm (doors open @ 7:30)
After-show Milonga: 10 pm - 2 am - Live music w/ Seth Asarnow y Su Sexteto Tipico / DJ Emilio Flores

Congrats to Nancy Francis who presented w/ Pampa at the 16th
Annual City Lights Ball. She again earned a Supreme Award for her solo
w/ Pampa. Way to go Nancy!
The Tuesday afternoon San Leandro class has
two more spaces open. Class info is found on our website at www.tangoandmore.org
Upcoming event: Warren & Gigi will host a Friday Date Night
at DC Dance in San Leandro. This intro to Argentine tango is great for
your yet-to-start friends. No partner is requried though it's always
nice to have an even balance of leaders & followers.
Upcoming event: Pampa is guest Choreographer for "Fabulation"
produced by the Lorraine Hansbury Theater in San Francisco. We'll keep
you posted.
